My name is Katie Murphy and I am the Founder and CEO of Expansion Group. We help business owners and executives take back control of their business growth using our proven Scaleable Operating Model. We empower SMEs with the skills and tools to address operational challenges at key growth stages. We offer programming at 2 growth stages:

Growth Stage I: Hiring your first operational leader
