KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Work directly for the Head of Development, run the apprentice training program, and mentor the app development team. Building, supporting, and maintaining the application will be expected, but secondary to your role as a leader and mentor. Interface with internal stakeholders when delivering functionality. Interface with clients and business partners for client-facing issues. Manage technical research projects.
